14-day money-back promise

If NeatSums Plus or Sole Trader isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no fuss. The same applies within 14 days of a yearly renewal.

How to ask

Email Billymachin@hotmail.co.uk with the email address you used to pay (or your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Monthly payments after the first 14 days are not usually refunded, but get in touch if something has gone wrong and we'll do our best to help.

Free trial

The 30-day Sole Trader trial is free and needs no card, so there's nothing to refund.

Your data

If you get a refund or cancel, the app goes back to the Free plan. You can still view and export everything you've saved.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
